    Hi Jpbellavance,

As long as you include Delivery Confirmation on your shipping label, you should be able to get a refund using our Electronic Refund process. Please call our Customer Support center at 1-888-434-0055 (open Mon-Fri, 6am to 6pm PT) — they can double check your software version and make sure there are no issues occurring.

    Thanks!

    Hi Bloomingport,

This is probably due to the USPS switching to the new Intelligent Mail Package Barcode. However, since the USPS made this switch, the Post Office scanners should accept them. I would suggest asking to speak with the Postmaster at your local Post Office — they can help the employees with the new bar code on the Express Mail labels.

If you have any questions, please call our Customer Support center at 1-888-434-0055 (open Mon-Fri, 6am to 6pm PT).

    Thanks!
    Eric

Express mail labels are printing a 22 digit number instead of the “E” number. Post office scan rejects number as invalid.

The new version is a step backwards. Please correct me if I am wrong but I now have to PRINT out a form and mail in using snail mail for refund for a mis printed label.  Before it was all done through the interface. So you guys are moving back to pushing paper instead of digital solutions. Great step backwards.

Also I am not able to cut-and-paste an address now into the text box for address or email but now have to type it. Increasing the chance for a faulty address.

    Fix this S($T.
