    Hi Diane,

We do have a list of all the new rates. The file is a PDF and it is called the Ultimate Guide to the 2012 Postage Rate Increase. You can find the guide at this page: http://www.stamps.com/whitepapers/

Page 2 has a summary list of all the rate changes.

    Hi Dkruse,

You have two options. One is you can print $0.01 stamps on NetStamps and then apply them along with your $0.44 NetStamps to your mailpiece.

The other option is to go to the Post Office and buy $0.01 stamps and apply those to your mailpiece along with your $0.44 NetStamps.

    Either will work.
    Thanks!

I have pre-printed about 10 – 44 cent stamps.  how can I still use them?  I don’t see a way to print 1 cent stamps.  Is there an option for that or can I send them in for a refund?  Please advise me on the best option……..

    Hi AC,

You are correct, the international insurance rates did go up quite significantly.

Before Jan 22, 2012, we based our international insurance prices on the USPS domestic insurance rates. The USPS had a separate rate for international insurance, but Stamps.com did not use it.

But with the new price increase that started on Jan 22, 2012, we have now based our international insurance rates on the USPS international rates. We are still 10% cheaper than USPS international insurance rates. Plus, you can insure products up to $10,000 in value.

But when comparing the rates to the previous rates, the costs did go up significantly.
Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi Nancedelli,

Yes, you can still use the old NetStamps designs. Also, you can buy more sheets of NetStamps at the Stamps.com Store located at: http://store.stamps.com

I downloaded the new version but it still won’t let me use parcel post.  It keeps giving me the message that I need to download the new version.  This is beginning to tire me out with this system.

1st class International insurance just went up nearly 50% for me in the past two weeks.  I used to be able to insure a $50-$100 package for around $2.07.  Now it is coming up $3.06.  Is this a glitch?   I see nowhere on your site about this and did not receive anything in writing.  Please advise.
    Thank you.
