The award, handpicked by the Chief Information Officer of the USPS, recognizes and honors Stamps.com for many key accomplishments — embracing new technologies, delivering winning business results, benefitting the mailing industry, working to improve operations and providing customers with increased value.

In 2011, Stamps.com increased the total postage in its high volume shipping segment by 96% and brought new shipping customers to the USPS by introducing advanced technologies and expanding shipping-oriented marketing activities.

The National Postal Forum is the mailing industry’s largest educational event and trade show. The event was held on April 1-4, 2012.

Stamps.com’s Customer Care team recently won the Gold Medal for Best Innovation in Customer Service at the Call Center Olympics presented by the American Teleservices Association West Coast Chapter.

 As a contender in the Best Innovation in Customer Service category, Stamps.com was evaluated on its approach and methodology to achieve the optimal customer experience and the company demonstrated its innovation in customer service with impressive statistics. Leading call centers from the western United States competed for gold, silver and bronze.

The American Teleservices Association (ATA) is the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations. ATA members include companies with inbound or outbound contact centers, users of teleservices, trainers, consultants, and equipment suppliers who initiate, facilitate, and generate telephone, Internet, and e-mail sales, service, and support.

Great news! Our PC Postage software has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious CODiE Awards in the “Best Electronic Commerce Solution” category. Being selected as a finalist is a unique and important distinction, as the CODiE_2011 CODiEs are the industry’s only peer-reviewed awards program. Established by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the CODiEs recognize excellence and achievement in the business software, digital content, and education technology industries. Winners of the 2011 CODiE Awards will be announced May 23rd.

Forbes Adds Stamps.com to Most Trustworthy Public Company List

Stamps.com is excited to announce that Forbes.com has identified it as one of the most trustworthy publicly traded forbes_logo companies.

The list was compiled for Forbes.com by Audit Integrity, an independent financial analytics firm. Audit Integrity looks beyond the raw financial data and reviews over 100 factors that help assess the true quality of corporate accounting and management practices.

Fewer than 5% of public companies are recognized on the list, and Stamps.com has been on the list for the past five years.  Other notable companies making the 2010 Forbes.com’s “Most Trustworthy Public Company List” include Coca-Cola Enterprises, Plantronics, Under Armour Inc. and California Pizza Kitchen.
