We’re super excited to be celebrating our 12th Annual Customer Care Week at during October 1-5, 2018. Customer Service Week is a nationally recognized event devoted to acknowledging the importance of customer service and honoring the people who provide it at its best. At, our award-winning Customer Care team helps us shape our mailing and shipping product, being the eyes and ears for our customers to alert us to issues and suggest new product features.

In honor of Customer Service week, we would like to introduce you to Customer Care team member Jynifer as she shares what makes her work meaningful.

Everyone at wishes you a happy holiday season and a prosperous 2018! As you put the finishing touches on your holiday mailing and shipping, we want to share some important USPS information about holiday closures and changes in service.

Saturday, Dec. 23
USPS: Regular Post Office hours and mail collections will be made.

Sunday, Dec. 24
USPS: Post Offices nationwide will be closed, as is standard for Sundays. Blue collection boxes will not be serviced, because they are not serviced on Sundays.

Monday, Dec. 25
USPS: Post Offices will be closed and blue boxes will not be serviced for the federal holiday. Only Priority Mail Express will be delivered on Christmas Day. Support: Closed in observance of the Christmas holiday.

Tuesday, Dec. 26 through Friday, December 29
USPS: Regular Post Office hours and mail delivery. Support: Telephone support available 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific.

Saturday, Dec. 30
USPS: Regular Post Office hours and mail collections will be made.

Sunday, Dec. 31
USPS: Post Offices nationwide will be closed, and blue collection boxes will not be serviced.

Monday, Jan. 1
USPS: Post Offices will be closed and blue boxes will not be serviced for the federal holiday. Only Priority Mail Express will be delivered on New Year’s Day. Support: Closed in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday.

Tuesday, Jan. 2

Happy Customer Service Week!

Every year is thrilled to participate in National Customer Service Week, an annual week-long celebration where we honor our Customer Care agents for all their hard work throughout the year. Our dedicated customer care agents represent the voice of to our customer. They represent our company and our products. It’s a lot of responsibility but they are more than up to the task.

This year, our Customer Service Week will last 8 days to coincide with our new “Great 8 Customer Care Core Values”, a list of values that guide our customer care representatives every day.

#1 Be Passionate:  Our Customer Care agents are excited about our company and our products. That enthusiasm should be conveyed to our customers on every call!

#2 Be of Service:  We’re here to help inform and service our customers, making their use of as easy as possible.

#3 Be Resolutionary:  In order to help, we must solve issues and challenges that our customers bring to us each day.  We don’t allow service calls to go unanswered – our goal is to make sure all customer’s concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.

#4 Cultivate Great Relationships:  We love customer feedback!  Your suggestions help make the best mailing and shipping software in the market.

#5 Listen Generously:  We understand the art of active listening – when our customers talk, we listen!  It’s impossible to solve a customer’s issue unless we have listened attentively.

#6 Evolve:  Our customer care agents are always learning and growing, and that includes how we help our customers.  We accept customer suggestions and move to implement features as soon as possible.

#7 Celebrate: We all support each other and celebrate our accomplishments individually and as a team

#8 Have Fun:  You need to have fun at work to really enjoy it, and our Customer Care agents have fun and share that joy with our fellow team members and most importantly, with our customers.

Based in Canton, Ohio, our Incept Ohio Support Team is part of the backbone for our entire Customer Care Team! This team handles customer support calls around the many features and benefits of our product and specializes in helping our customers get the most benefit from using

Hobbies: Going to concerts, playing guitar, piano, and drums, snow skiing, hiking, cycling, camping, playing and watching sports and video games.
