Free Shipping Program for eBay Sellers

Free – No Subscription Cost for Goods Sold Through eBay
Fortunately, has developed a new method for eBay sellers to save time and money on shipping methods and preparation. The company has launched a new free program for eBay sellers that allows them to print shipping labels easily by importing all of their eBay order data into the software. Once the order data is loaded in the software, they can either batch print all of the day’s shipping labels or print each shipping label individually.  

eBay sellers will have access to the great shipping features that offers, including hidden postage, discounts for Priority Mail and Express Mail, and Customs forms integration. Plus, sellers will be able to use features that aren’t available elsewhere.

Unique Shipping Features for eBay Sellers:

  • Print First Class Mail International:   Other online shipping programs require eBay sellers to upgrade to Priority Mail International. allows you to print First Class Mail International labels.   An example: an eBay seller sending a 3lb package to Japan could ship the package for $24.52 via First Class Mail International – a 27% savings over the cost of $33.50 for Priority Mail International.
  • Send All Sizes of Priority Mail Flat Rate:  Other online shipping programs only offer the medium-sized Priority Mail Flat Rate box. Having access to the other options could be a huge savings if you have smaller or larger products to ship.
  • Discounted Package Insurance: customers get 10 percent off package insurance and do not need to drop off their package at the Post Office.  Other online shipping programs do not offer insurance discounts.
  • Insure packages up to $2,500:  With, you can buy package insurance up to $2,500 in value. Other shipping programs have a low $500 limit. Many eBay sellers are forced to split their packages into multiple shipments due to the lower $500 value limit or accept the risk for content values over $500.
  • Batch Printing: allows eBay sellers to batch print up to 1,000 labels at a time.  Other online shipping programs limit you to batch print only 50 shipping labels.

Customers using the Free eBay program can upgrade to a paid subscription plan to utilize’s other mailing and shipping features, such as printing postage on envelopes, importing data from Amazon, Yahoo! Stores, Google Checkout or their own shopping cart in formats such as CSV, Excel or XML.

New Features of Version 8.0

September 24th, 2014 9 comments has released Version 8.0 of its software, and it’s better than ever. The new version of the software is packed with features including online reporting, the ability to submit e-refunds for international labels as well as much more.  Read on for the details:version-8.0

Online Print History
The new version of allows you access to your online postage purchases and print history from any computer connected to the web. At home and need to see if that important package was sent?  No problem.  All you have to do is log-in to your account online and you’ll see all the details – from what labels were printed to how much postage was purchased for a select time frame.

End-of-day processing of free USPS pickups and SCAN forms also can be scheduled and monitored online. This feature will be very beneficial for companies that have multiple employees printing shipping labels.   All the employees will be able to manage their postage and shipping needs from their workstation and then an office manager can complete the end-of-day processing from a completely different workstation.

E-Refunds for International Shipping
Previously, customers who needed a refund for international shipping had to mail in the NetStamp or shipping label along with a completed form to’s headquarters within 30 days of the postage print date. Version 8.0 eliminates that hassle by letting you submit the request through your software.   Now you can log in to the software, view your print history and select the label that was misprinted.

SCAN Forms for Express Mail
With Version 8.0, , Express Mail packages can now be scanned using the US Postal Service’s SCAN form program.  The Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form program is a summary page with a bar code that includes all of your packages being sent on a particular day.      Once you give your packages to a USPS employee to be shipped, that person will scan the bar code on the SCAN form to show that the Post Office has accepted all the packages in your shipment.  This feature will make it easy for you and your customers to track packages from the start.

Not all plans offer the SCAN feature. If your plan doesn’t have it, contact for an upgrade.

Return Shipping Labels
Version 8.0 now makes it easy to have packages shipped back to you. Just locate the original label you used to ship the package to your customer in your print history and request a Return Shipping Label.   The software will create the return shipping label as a PDF which you can then email to the customer.
