    I’m running into some issues with testing the Webservice Solution (SWS).
    I tried to search the site for webservice, sws etc., but could not find any results.
    Is this the place to ask about SWS API?

    This problem could be caused by an incorrect password. Try going to our “My Account” page and logging in at http://customer.stamps.com.

    If you still cannot log-in, you’ll need to do a password reset clicking on the link on the login page.

    Hope this helps!

    i reinstalled my operating system which, of course, wiped out all my files. i went to the “reinstall program” section on the stamps.com website. however, when i try to reinstall the program and sign in, i get a message saying that the computer i’m using is not the same one that was originally used when i signed up for stamps.com, and i need to give the last four digits of my drivers license #, which was not one of my chosen security questins. What’s going on, and how do i complete the reinstallation?

    I just changed to a new computer and nothing works now. I cant log on because my user name and password are not recognized, and answers to my security questions are not recognized either. I don’t want to pay again to reclaim printing privileges. I have not seen a phone number either. Any one have this experience or able to offer help?

    @Jordan D. Allen
    Unfortunately, most methods of shipping Internationally require customs forms, prohibiting a 4×6 size label. However, both Priority Flat Rate Envelopes & First Class Int’l could theoretically be printed on 4×6 labels with no problems! So we have submitted a request to our Research & Development Dept. about implementing this. Thank you for your request!

    Eric,

    How about printing international First class on 4 x 6 thermal labels for a Zebra / Eltron printer. This would be a tremendous help. I’m sure it can be done, you guys offer a sheet of 4 labels (4 x 6) why not give this a try, I’m sure many business would be happy (wouldn’t be wasting all of that paper).

    Best Regards,

    @bob glover
    Hi Bob, Unfortunately, the ability to add a customizable message is currently not available for SDC-3100 3 Part Multi-Purpose Labels. The ability to add messages in a special Memo Line/Print Message box is available for SDC-1200, SDC-4100, SDC-4600, SDC-4610, and Plain Paper options under “Packages.”
