Our Customer Support team is our All Stars Team! They are adept and experienced with a wide variety of issues and do a great job at making sure our customers are able to have any questions answered. They are great trainers who teach our customers not only about Stamps.com, but also how to get the most out of their shipping business.

Preston Carter:
Hobbies: Going to concerts, playing guitar, piano, and drums, snow skiing, hiking, cycling, camping, playing and watching sports and video games.
What makes you tick? My children! They mean everything to me. Also competition — I love it and it drives me because I love to win.

Adrian Adrian:What makes me tick? Family! Setting a good example for my sons and younger sister has always been my biggest motivation. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, writing screenplays and teleplays (I just finished my first book!), watching basketball, football, boxing and MMA. Eugene Eugene:A loud and proud Stamps.com Customer Support Representative, I’ve been with the company for over 11 years! What defines me? Family, My Best Friend and Work! Outside of work, I love Country and Western music (I used to be an Urban Cowboy and was even nicknamed “Cowboy”), cooking and scrap booking. I am also an avid collector of music (Elvis Presley in particular) and toys (Currently, I’m into collecting Mattel Monster High Dolls and accessories!).

Based in Los Angeles, California, our Technical Support Team is full of top champions and coaches who expertly help customers navigate through Stamps.com, troubleshoot general software issues for them and also turn their queries such as those around printer or firewall configurations into an easy play-by-play call. This team specializes in dealing with customers of all levels of knowledge and is dedicated to resolving any technical support issues quickly and efficiently!
