Stamps.com Named as Finalist in 2012 American Business Awards

Stamps.com’s has been named a Finalist in the “Customer Service Team of the Year” category in the 2012 American Business Awards.
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
The Finalist nomination was awarded to the High Volume Shipping segment of the Stamps.com Customer Service Department. The High Volume Shipping team is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of all types of shippers including warehouse, e-commerce and small business. The team consists of shipping and technical specialists who offer account management and tech assistance, including specialized tasks such as USPS cost-cutting recommendations and support for popular e-commerce integrations like eBay and Amazon.
More than 3,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. This is the third year in a row that Stamps.com has reached the finals of its award nominations.
