We’re super excited to be celebrating our 6th Annual Customer Care Week at Stamps.com and we’re ready to rock! Our theme this year is “Stamps.com Customer Care Rocks!” because we deliver an unforgettable performance with each and every customer.
The Stamps.com Customer Care team is a community of caring, conscientious, dedicated, and friendly Customer Care professionals who work hard every day to deliver incredible service. Throughout the week, I always encourage people to put themselves in the shoes of our Customer Care professionals. Just imagine it. What a challenging, yet rewarding experience!
I believe it’s the most important job in any company because we constantly connect with customers and bring company values to life. If you speak with our team during Customer Care Week, October 1–5, I invite you to wish them a happy Customer Care Week and celebrate with us. It’ll put a smile on our faces!
